Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify’s secure checkout and we never see your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if we suspect fraud or an item is unavailable, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices and free gifts apply for the period shown on the site and may change or end at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Shipping

Shipping is described on our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 90-day money-back guarantee, refunds and warranty are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using your device safely

Our devices are general wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
